Bianca Olliver is a highly accomplished associate at Morgan Legal Group with a focus on real estate transactions, litigation, and intellectual property matters. Bianca earned a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, graduating with honors.

Prior to joining Morgan Legal Group, Bianca served as an Assistant District Attorney, developing sharp litigation skills and a deep understanding of the legal system. This experience brings a unique perspective when representing clients in complex disputes.

Bianca's real estate practice encompasses both transactional and litigation matters, including purchase and sale agreements, lease negotiations, landlord-tenant disputes, and title issues. Bianca is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey.
